Default need help

I have a lq4 and torqued everything down and I bought a standalone harness and I'm tryin to crank it up but it won't turn over...any suggestions?

It tries to turn over but does not want to...it moves little by little

Are u getting battery power? Have u checked fuel pressure? Have you checked for spark?

sounds like a starter issue, does not sound like a stand alone issue.

I have it on a test stand and I'm just trying to make sure it will start before anything..my starter is brand new and its clicking and barely moving the fly wheel. But I have a battery charger on the battery

Do you have a good ground, and did you check the voltage at the starter with a digital voltmeter. And the voltage drop at the battery when cranking.
