Can the motor be damaged if it is run for 10 seconds with one of the spark plugs removed.

No,, dont worry its fine, maybe load the cylinder with fuel but all is fine.

Thanks, I have had oil pressure issues and my number 7 spark plug has been oiling up. Before the drive i had cleaned the plug and i had it out to see if i had spark. So i changed some vacuum lines around to help vent the crankcase and when i took it for a test spin my oil pressure seemed to be lower.
