Default What spring in SLP oil pump?

What spring are people normally using inside their SLP oil pump? Red or blue? Im doing a moderate rebuild on my ls1 (heads, cam, bolts/bearings, and other misc items). So i just want to make sure i have good oil pressure and flow throughout the engine.

On my melling I installed the blue one, but my pump is a high volume pump. From what I know the difference is that the blue spring maintains a factory range oil pressure while the red is a stiffer relief spring, causing yout oil pressure to be higher. Personally I would put the blue one in, Thats the one you need.

i stuck a washer at the back of the spring. that increased my oil pressure to about 50psi at idle.
