RPM drop during shift

RPM drop during shift When you make a 1-2 and 2-3 shift etc. is it a notable concern if the RPM's drop into the converter range slightly?? For example, if I shift at 6000 and the RPM's drop to 2800-3000 and I have a 3200 stall. What type of effect/problem could that create if any??
