Default ASR problems HELP!!!!!!!!

What's up guys i have a 01 camaro ss, and i'm having ASR problems of some sort. The reason that I think it is the ASR is because when i go WOT when i turn it off the car cuts power as if it is still on or if the tires are losing traction. I'm really frustrated as to what it might be, because I just installed my longtubes yesterday and really can't get on it like i want because the car cuts power when I nail it. Could it be the switch PCM ect, thanks.
