Motor help I went to the drag strip this weekend, and slipped a crank bearing, so now im pulling the motor and I want to build it, i've never built an LS1 before, I'm aiming for like.. 400ish wheel horse, or what ever is obtainable from the LS1, I need help with the internals, and what to get, i'd really appreciate any help

Alright well I got a bunch of mods on it, I just want to build it while its out, but still have it be a reliable street car, cuz it was my daily driver. What would be a decently affordable build? My budgets Gunna be Probly around $6,000. And I can get a loan too, I'm thinking about a supercharged, or turbo set up.
You're wanting to build a forged motor and get the turbo/supercharging system done for $6000? I think you better go to the forced induction forum on here and do a little research. By the time you invest in all the supporting mods you will probably be quite a bit over 6k. Just a suggestion. I've never done any forced induction stuff so can't speak from experience.
