Default Cam???? Tqrv2114

I hope I have the right section to post.....Im trying to help my buddy figure out who made this cam to contact them and get the specs....the only etching on the cam is TQVRV2114 T2237-10 ....he bought a truck with a 6.0 and a procharger.....the truck is a 2008 single cab silveraldo but I doubt the motor was the original motor.

I didnt get anything from google or yahoo....only info i have read is a person or company named erson that starts his cams with rv or tq ...but as you see this is tqrv.....so anyhelp guys would be great.
