LS1 TB question

I have that I 'think' is a stock LS1 throttle body, and it has a small hole in the throttle plate. Is this stock, or did some moron drill a hole in it instead of getting a tune?

My stock one had a hole in it. And my ported/polished one has a hole in it. I think think the stock ones come like that

standard my stock one has it too, as far as i know they all do.
