Default Rebuilt motor zero oil pressure help!

Ok here is what I have. I'm gonna list everything.

Completely rebuilt lq4 shortblock
Slp brand new oil pump (bought it off craigslist)
Brand new turbo cam
Turbo kit

The truck started right up but had zero oil pressure. Here is what we have tried already

1. Oil in the oil filter when we put the motor in.
2. We primed the oil pump with lithium grease in the oil pump. Didn't work
3. Put a quart of oil oil underneath the screen and the oil pump sucked it up but still no oil pressure.
4. We also tried disconnecting the injectors and coils and cranked it to see if it would self prime and it didn't work either.
5. We have already pulled the pan off to see if the crank is turning the oil pump and it is.
6. Disconnected the oil line for the turbo to see if any oil was coming to the turbo and nothing!

You guys have anything in mind?

If the oil pump did this,

"Put a quart of oil oil underneath the screen and the oil pump sucked it up but still no oil pressure."

That tells me the Oil pump is working. What about that plastic plug in the rear of the engine for the oil galley ?

We havint checked that cause the tranny would need to come out. But wouldn't it be leaking between the motor and the tranny?

No, it's inside the back cover.

When you let the oil pump suck up that quart, Where did the oil go?

If there was oil coming from inside the rear cover, behind the rear main cap, has to be that plug.

Oil comes out of two holes rear driver. I think we just figured out that the plug isn't in there. We have another 6.0 block and oil is only suppose to be coming out of one hole not both.

Can the dumbell be inserted in the front and pushed through to the rear if the motor is in the vehicle?

I had a machine shop long block my old LT1 and neglect to put the front oil galley plugs in, after verifying no pressure on a mechanical guage and turning the engine over with the oil filter removed I found that the oil pump was pumping it just wasn't getting up top. It was one of the most sickening feelings I have ever had in regards to working on cars. I can't offer any solutions but I can offer some sympathy, hope its an easy fix

If the barbell plug is missing, then there is a good chance that the plug in the front of the block will also be missing. You might as well pull the front cover and check that one too. It would suck to fix one just find out that the other one is also gone.
