Default I know, another CAM advice thread

here is the deal.
My friend has entrusted me to mod his car and wants to make it sound good at idle.
I advised him to get a catback, lid, headers, !egr, !air, !cats, and already installed a Circle D 3C 3600 stall converter with a tranny cooler. Tuned by me as well with HP tuners.

he wants a cam that will work with the stock 99 heads with minimal changes if possible.

I am planning on changing his springs to patriot duals or something comparable.
a cam needs to be picked up but Im on the fence on that one. cant make up my mind. this is a street car that will not see the track anytime soon. so it needs to be drivable and have good manners. I will be tuning the car so that is not an issue.

what would you do in this case?

you can get alot of cams that only require a single beehive spring, pac 1518/comp 918.then you can reuse the stock retainers and locks.what rear gears dose he plan on using?how many miles on the motor?start by looking at a TSP cam pkg.thunder racing list alot of great cams.
