noob cam/valve spring question

noob cam/valve spring question i've read in a handful of random threads that valve-springs need to be replaced every so often if you install an aftermarket cam. i tried searching and i couldn't find any real detailed information so i figured i'd make a new thread.
do you have to replace your valve springs every so often no matter what size cam you put in? does it matter if you install higher quality dual valve springs when you install the cam? i'm installing an f13 this week (230/232, .595/.585, 112+4 LSA) and dual-valve springs with it. do i need to replace them eventaully and about how long should i wait until i do? thanks

Most suggest checking your springs annually or every 8-10000 miles
depending on how hard you drive it and how aggressive the cam is.
You just want to develope an understanding of your valvetrain because
there are so many factors which dictate longevity.

If you stay under .600" lift with a mild ramp rate on your cam you can run a good valve spring for years with no issues, but they should be checked every year or so....also if you go with To retainers and locks, and lighter valves your springs will last even longer
