compression
If you are using the stock carbon/composite (graphite) gasket thata has a compressed thickness of .051 then your compression will be right around 11.1-11.2

There is other factors to consider. you don't state it, but sounds like you may have a built lower end since you have valve reliefs. Are you running stock pistons with valve reliefs put in? or do you have a new lower end with after market pistons? If a built lower end, you need to consider how much was taken off the deck and what the measurement is from the deck to the piston, the bore of the motor (if overbored), head gasket thickness, and milling of the heads. There is a Compression calcultor out there somewhere..
