You could change pistons and get some more dish (negative volume) to bring it down. Or for a more cost effective way to go and alot less work, you could sell those LS6 heads and get the 6.0L heads with the bigger chamber like Jon said. That'd be alot less expensive than new rods, pistons, machine work, balancing, assembly, etc!
