Default Bent a valve and cracked guide fixable head?

the valve bent (really dont know why suspect a faulty retainer and spring issue) anyway does this look like I can have the crack welded and a new guide put in?

you can see the crack in the guide and it flows into the head

Take it to a machine shop and let them have a look.

Yup a machine shop should be able to press the old guide out and put a new one in with the new valve easily

I'm not worried with the guide replacement but rather the head having a crack. Even if I have it welded I'm not sure the guide will have support
