Default Question before startup

About to start my motor up for the first time since the rebuild and was wondering if it is okay to just start up and drive. It was a complete rebuild but was only bored .005" over for a cleanup for the new pistons. The only things different now are 241 heads, Diamond -9.6cc pistons, new rods, and all new gaskets and some new sensors. Still have all my old bolt-ons on so am I good to just fire it up? Will I need a tune before I go anywhere?
Hopefully someone can chime in quick I'm excited as hell!

I think it would be OK to start and drive it with just those changes. I wouldn't get on it hard without knowing where the AFR was though.

Well **** that plan I guess...
Had it all ready to go, turned it over with the fuel pump fuse out to get the oil going, and got it ready to fire up. Next thing I know I hear the fuel pump priming and a splash of liquid hitting the floor. Son of a bitch...
Both o-rings in my feed line took a dump and sprayed fuel everywhere. Tried to fit a couple new ones in but couldn't get them to go. Another day, another challenge I guess. Anyone ever had to replace these before? They are a pain in the ***.
