I either bent/broke/hurt a valve on #3cyl or atleast I think i did. The other 7 show 150 to 160psi. #3 only shows 120-125psi. Has anyone has this issue or any ideas? I changed all the plugs and it still runs rough and will pop through the exhaust.

This was after an 1/8mi pass on a 125shot.

does anyone have any links they can post for me for a step by step on how to remove the drivers side head?

first do a cylinder leak down test and you will see the problem!! to remove the heads is very easy first drain the coolant, remove headers, fuel rail w/ injectors, intake w/ tb, coil packs, valve covers, rockers, pushrods and then the heads.
