Valve size

What are the largest valves as far as intake and exhaust valves that can be installed on stock valve seats. In the Chevy performance book for LS1 & LS6 says you can go to 2.02 & 1.60 is this information correct.

To the best of my knowledge 2.02 & 1.60 is the max for the stock valve seats.
