what is the max bore anyone has gone with this alumnium block.

You can have them sleeved with the darton sleeves and go to a max of 4.185".

From what I can tell, you can go as large as an LS1. So around 3.905 max. I have no hard facts on this. I will be boring my 5.3 next week to 3.878. Ill let you know how it goes.

you can hone it out to 3.908,3.898 is stock bore fore a ls1.
