Engine code (slow response 02 sensor??

I have lg long tubes and the car is thorowing the 02 code.. Do i need to replace? Is it gonna hurt my mpg? I cleared the code and am still waiting for it to pop back up. Anybody had this happen any ides? AND THE CAR IS A 02 Z06 CAMMED AND FULL BOLT ON'S..

Cool.. Thanx i dont rem what code it said but i could swear it said bank 1.. The car runs rich at idel bc of the cam so i wonder if it burnt the o2 up.. I guess ill just have to wait until it throws the cod again hopefully it wont and that will be the end of that.
