Valve seals??

What are the preferred valve seals?
I've got my heads, valves, springs, retainers now I need
seals before I go to the shop.

i believe vitons are the most readily used for ls1's

We use factory seals from the earlier cars and trucks. Email me if you want a set. I think they cost around $23.00 per set.
