Default LS6 intake uses o-ring gaskets?

With my truck intake, the gasket was one piece and clipped on to the front and back of the intake.

I just bought a new LS6 intake, and it looks like instead of using a 1-piece gasket, it has 8 embedded port shaped rubber rings?

Does this sound right?

Your description of the LS6 intake and gasket setup is correct.

Great - thanks. I didn't think it would make sense to put another gasket between the o-rings and the cylinder head, but I don't like to assume things
