currently ive got a 2002 lq4 @ .030 over and -8cc pistons. my machine shop told me that i could run a stock head gasket on the motor.

so the question is, can i run an OEM type head gasket, or do i need the Cometic 4.030 bore ones?

 

Stock L92 head gaskets will work just fine. I don't believe GM makes a 6.0/4.000 bore head gasket anymore.
