Default What cam would suit my needs ?????

I am gettin my stg 2 5.3 heads soon and was thinking about putting a bigger cam in .... I am not looking for the biggest cam but something bigger then my 224/224/112 tr cam .... The heads have comp 978 duel springs and i dont want something that will kill my lifters or break my springs every few thousand miles ... so what do you guys think ? Is their a cam out there that will give me a good improvment over what i have and not be too big for my needs ?

I have PP ST2 5.3 heads and a texas speed 231/231. I put down amazing numbers. 395 on a mustang dyno through an A4. This is an excellent combo.

I would go all out and get the TSP 231/237 cam. Combine that an u should have a killer combo IMO.

I hope so , I think the max lift is .600 on the 978's ... i am unsure though . How much of a pickup could i expect from this cam compared to my 224 ?
