Default Possible forging the motor...

Im going to go with a procharger setup, and for now ill be on my stock bottom end until next spring/summer. Im already planning for a rebuild because i kno, eventually, its coming. With that being said, I was looking at the forged rotating assemblies from TSP. Would i be better off using my stock block, picking up a rotating assembly, having my block machined, and a used set of 317 heads and a new blower cam and call it a day? Or would it be cheaper to buy a shortblock and a new cam with a set of used 317 heads. How much boost would it be able to handle also. Itll b on a D1SC setup, im going to start out with 8lbs of boost on the stock bottom, then when i forge it, kick it up to like 13ish... is this doable? staying stock cubes also since this is only a weekend/good weather car.
