Which LS1 header gaskets to use?

I'm installing Pacesetter LTs on Monday. They came with gaskets, but I've read the best gasket to install should be the originals, OEM, metal?
can I have some advice, i don't need any leaks. The car gets about 3000 miles put on from may-Oct, then stored for winter.

If your going to replace them. I recommend going back with the factory MLS exhaust gaskets.
