valvetrain suggestions for a cam .. Suggest valvetrain parts for the following cam: (this is on a daily driver)
I figure I'll rev to 6800 - 7000
.232/.236 .595/.601 114+4
what springs etc do you recommend? These will be in Absolute Speed 5.3L stage II heads..

The crane stock diameter duals or the Patriot "gold" stock diamter duals would work great. My cam has pretty much the same specs as yours and I've ran the Patriot duals for 8,000 miles with no problems. Also using stock lifters and YT rockers.
Kinda off topic, but are you going to flycut for that cam.. and also, are your heads milled any?
