Going to do the cutting tonight hopefully. I will be installing 61cc 243's, the question I have is can I use my stock 241's for the cutting or do I have to use the 243's. I just don't want to accidentally mess up my ported heads.

 

you can and should use the 241's. the valve angle is the same so as long as your using the cutter sized for the new valves your good. don't forget to use an old head gasket as it will change the measurement by it's thickness

 

Well, I would use a slightly larger valve to fly cut than the one you are using in the 243 head.

 

Thanks outkast, I put your rear in my ta yesterday I have been busy with work and just got it in. Very happy so far. I already went and got some shim material because I didn't want to put the new cosmetic on and off so many times. As I told you before I am putting a used set of cartek heads on so I don't want to mess them up.

 

95one I already bought the proper lindy cutters for my valve size. I figured I already have two ls powered cars I better just buy them.
