When to o-ring the head

When to o-ring the head When do you need to O-ring the head? At what compression do you have to worry about it? Only with boost?
My static compression will be about ~ 12.4, dynamic ~ 10.6 with an intake closing point of about 54. I won't know the actual value until I choose a cam to go with my TEA 55cc heads and 2cc valve releif pistons. I will run nitrous but this will be a NA setup.
