Question 600 HP Bottom end

Hey guys, building up a twin turbo 99 Vette in the next few months.
I am gonna use the stock crank, Oliver Billet Rods, Diamond Pistons, and Kaetech's Billet main caps along with main studs.
If I am gonna limit boost to 10psi and aim for around 600hp at the flywheel without revving over 6500rpms, will the stock crank hold up?
Thanks

Hunter

Yep, there are quite a few pushing it beyond that.

Oh year the stack crank will due just fine.
Why are you doing a FI setup and only aiming for 600 flywheel?
Many are doing almost 600 flywheel with H/C and stock bottom end.
You should easily beable to do 600 RWHP.
The bottom end you have looks like a very good start, plus a turbo cam and a nice set of heads. If you can get enough fuel and a good tune then 600 RWHP could be in your near future.

Hehe, I know that I could make a bunch more power, this is just our baseline before we get to power hungry. You guys all know how that is......more speed, more speed, more speed, soon you have a monster on your hands.

Most likely we will stay with about 600-700 crank hp for now, we will be doing some road racing and maybe a few drifting competions (I know some people hate that but I think it is fun)

We are gonna go with Z06 heads, LS6 intake, a real mild cam, basically a new valvetrain with one-piece pushrods, comps 918 springs, titanium retainers, shaft rocker system, SS valves.
The engine will be treated with a healthy dose of thermal barrier, dry film lubricant, heat dispersant and oil shedding coatings.

If we can get the new GEN7 Accel system to work with the vettes drive by wire system, then we will be doing that. If not, were faling back on good ole Autotap.
