Default LS2 bottom end in an LS1

whats up guys, my motor is at the shop right now getting a rebuild, and as it turns out i have to replace the crank and rods. the guy doing the build picked up a new set of LS2 rods and a LS2 crank. I know that the reluctor wheel has to be changed and he said he will do this, but my question is, does this mean that i will be having a 6.0 or close to it. (im aware that the ls2 bore is 4.000 and the ls1 is 3.9something, but my motor has been bored .005 in over and ill be running forged pistons) does this sound right?

LS2 crank will need to be rebalanced.
