Default LQ4 6.0 Cranks Help

Ok I have a 2000 Gen III LQ4 iron head motor that I want to link to a TH 400 for a 4x4 Truck. The problem I am having is the crank has a long snoot on the flywheel end and I am having a hard time finding a flywheel and converter adapter kit that will work as they are all for the short snoot crank. What is the difference in length of the snoot ?? What are my options??What other crank will work in that motor with my stock rods and pistons?? I want to stick to the 24 tooth reluctor wheel though so I dont have to buy a lot of other parts. Thanks for any help you may be able to give. P.S. I have been in tuch with Speedway Motors, TCI. Advanced Adapters,Trans Dapt and so far NO one can help with the crank I have.

This could be TOTALLY wrong, but couldn't you just throw in a crank from an 2002+?
