Default AFR vs AI

I'm looking at getting either a set of AFR 205 heads. Or just sending the set of 241s I already have to be ported and milled by AI. Anybody have ported AI heads? What about AFR 205s? Anybody have flow numbers for AI and AFR?

Any help and info would be greatly appreciated.

I ran the lil AFR 205 head on my 346ci and with the combo ran near 10's on motor. I know the newer AFR heads are way better. I would run AFR over the ai heads on my car. I have trickflow now and thats because the new 230 heads from AFR were not out yet.

I'm using a small cam so I'm looking at a set of AFR 205s or 210s to have high compression for good torque. But I don't want to constrict the flow of the motor. I'm hoping to be in the low 11s on motor when I'm done.

I've got AI 243s.. gained 55 rwhp and 36lb/ft tq with them. Car traps 125mph+ in the 1/4.

Could you please post the link I would like to read that thread...I could not find it!

I too am debating on AI heads or aftermarket AFR 210s or Trick Flow 215s. I talked to AI and they really seem to know there stuff and claim great gains for a good price!
