lean conditions from the person who had the car before me caused piston number 7 to commit suicide and the cylinder has a very big chunk out of it so i need a shortblock ...any opinions i was looking at the truck lq4/lq9 swap but idk give me some input and if any of you guys have a shortblock laying around please let me know

 

get another ls1 or 6.0 shortblock and swap all your stuff, or just get a block with and put together a good rotating assembly. i guess it depends on what youre wanting to spend.

 

Look in the FS section, I seen one under a grand not too long ago

 

I found a lq9 longblock locally with 45k on it for 800 I thought it was a pretty good deal
