Default crack heads ?

Long story short i took my car in today to dealership because my steering console is making an annoying rubbing sound when power is on. They told me it was a bushing in the steering rack and want $1300 to fix. Then the mechanic i guess smelled coolant so he ran a pressure test from the radiator and i guess the test came back in the red and he is telling me i may have a cracked head.. but i have no coolant anywhere ... no smoke anywhere... not over heating at all .... any suggestions ?

Go somewhere else!!! $1300 for a new steering rack Get the **** out of here! rebuilt rack is $250 or so plus maybe $500 labor. they are way off.
cracked head... oil is clean, no smoke at start up, no smoke at idle, no smoke at WOT, no smell of smoke in radiator, no weird noises coming from radiator, engine cools properly and doesn't make any weird noises or smells, yep thats a cracked head for sure (joke).. i would hit the guy that told me that in the head with a stick
