Have you considered the "HELLFIRE-TQ" or "REBEL-TQ" Camshaft from (Ed Curtis) FlowTech Induction?
Both are lsted as "BIG TORQUE" and broad street power cams..
"HELLFIRE-TQ" Camshaft
Specs: 224*-224*-110*-.635"-.610"
or
"REBEL-TQ" Camshaft
Specs: 224*-228*-111*-.600"-.600"

Dyno Sim has a program called the "iterator". It takes your given engine and intended RPM range and uses an algorithm to try every conceivable cam combination and compares the average horsepower and/or torque under the curve and gives you cam specs and power curves for each of the best performing cam specs within that RPM range. It is an interesting and helpful tool for choosing cam specs for your engine. It is just a program and is not perfect, but it is insightful. That program really likes the 224-230 with 111 LSA on a 109 ICL.

Is this program available to the public, and if so, where at? Sounds like a really helpful program.

There are other similar competitive softwares. This is the only one I have tried, so I cannot advise which is best.
