I tried to respond to your pm yesterday, but you have your pm's turned off so you couldn't receive it. Anyway.... Dot to dot is how I installed mine and the results you've seen in my video's are from a dot to dot install.

i always install dot to dot then degree.
For example i bought a used cam a while back that was xxx/xxx duration with 4 degrees advance ground into it. of course this cam didnt come with a cam card to prove this, so i installed the cam strait up then degreed it. well turns out the cam duration was aaa/aaa not xxx/xxx and had the cam had 2 degrees retard ground into it. . I guess the point im getting at is you should always degree a cam, even a new cam can accidentally be packed into the wrong box with the wrong cam card... happens
