cylinder head moding I am building a 383 out of my 2001 LM7 ENGINE and I am looking for advice on how much flow I can get from a set of stock head that are ported and polished
Any help would be great

i am looking for help here as i dont know if i can get enough money together to get a set of AFR heads but if i can come close on these stock heads and if i can change out valves and seats then i may be in business
what is a good set / size valve and seats to use

We got mid 280s out of our CNC'd/LS1 Valve 862 castings.

A little more information on what you want out of this combo would be helpful. Is it being built for a tractor pull, drag race , autocross car, boat, etc application? Also any information about the short-block (piston volume and the like) would be helpful!
