Hope you like it loud!!! I had a set of longtubes tsp duals and an MS3 on a 112, it sure gets peoples attention.

To the OP, had the MS3 cam in my '02 WS6, the day I had it tuned it made 396, couple months later at a local dyno day ran 3 pulls back to back to back, went 412, 417, and 420hp. It seemed to like a little heat in the motor I guess. You'll want a set of gears too, Its a pretty nice cam overall with a good tune, I liked it.

Jeepers_88 what kind of torque were you getting? How bad is it without gears in a 6 speed car?

to the OP, searching the ms3 cam, you will see a lot of cars on here laying 390-440 depending on the supporting mods. If you have an auto, I would suggest you get a nice stall before camming. just a suggestion.

If i where you since i have an auto first im planning on getting the cam put in on friday then put the stall and shift kit on saterday. With that and a tune your in the 11s with decent tires. Watch the 10 bolt but it can take 11s with an auto.

Its ok with the stock 3.42 gears, low speeds can have a lot of bucking. but the 4.11's i put in did a good job of waking it up some. If I had taken the nitrous off I probably would have swapped in some 4.30's

Torque held pretty steady right around 400 ftlbs from 3500rpm to 5500rpm then slowly started to taper off.

Heres a vid of the car with longtubes, and duals with TSP's sweet thunder mufflers so you can get an idea of what it sounds like, oh yeah, and a 150 shot

since you are getting pointed into TSP's direction, give them a call. they have great customer service and can get you your 400-430 rwhp with their parts better than we can. talk to them about the ms3 being suggested so much and see what they suggest as your supporting mods. You seem to be in the right direction, but remember that the biggest head set up isn't the best....with an auto and stock gears, you might be lacking down low especially if you go with a high stall. it might feel "sloppy" if the right set up isn't properly selected. the ms3 definitely seems like a great performer and as jeepers points out, it likes nitrous

Im definitely going to be giving tsp a call. I actually have a m6 transmission. I was planning on getting a moser 9" or 12 bolt with 4.11 or 4.30 gears before the heads. Probably won't go with nitrous sounds like a good option in the future tho.

I made 463hp 414tq with a g5x3 cam stock ci ls1,with good heads and supporting mods with the lil 1 3/4 kooks. If i were to go off the shelf,i would go back to Lg motorsports for another cam. I also ran close to 10's n/a in a car weighting 3,700lbs with me in it. And good heads,i don't mean tsp...no....trick flow or afr heads. They are the best,i have had both on different motors.

Im with you on this one. G5X3 is a very nice cam. I ran the G5X4 in my car. Ya they're a little bit more money, but well worth it!! 10.3Xs cam only!!
