Default Best Cam Setup???

So i have an A4 LS1 Camaro with 4.10 gears and LT headers. I will be adding a Circle D 4C 3600 stall over the winter and I have decided to do a cam swap as well. I am trying to decide which cam will benefit me most. Since my car is a dd i had originally thought about the 228r from TSP. Now i have looked into Futral and am very interested in the F11 and F13. Am i just looking for some feedback on power and drive-ability. I would like to see around 400 rwhp once i have a dyno tune. Is this doable?

If you have the 243/799 heads then you should be right in the the 400whp "range" with a good upper 220 cam. The EPS cams have put up some good numbers. I think you are on the right track.

When you start getting into the 230 cams then the dd aspect is not quite as fun because of a (typical) loss in low rpm torque.
