Numbers appear fine to me. Sometimes you can get a little bit of a low reading 10-20 psi in a cylinder stickly due to fuel. Sometimes I like to put a very little bit of oil in the cylinder if i get a slightly low reading and see if it comes up. 90% of the time if does. The oil helps seal the ring a little better. But honestly your numbers look fine. Id say shes good to run.

A typical scenario if your numbers were not anywhere in spec would be to add oil to the lower PSI cylinders and if their PSI came up then that would mean that the rings were worn and the engine would need a rebuild (Atleast reringed). If the numbers did not come up then you have a head gasket leak or valve leakage. To isolate that you would put a air fitting in each cylinder and blow compressed air into each cylinder and see if you get bubbles in the coolant system (look in filler neck of radiator), if you do then you have a cracked water jacked, cracked head or leaking head gasket. If no air bubbles in the cooling system then you most likely have heads that need a valve job.
