Default Engine rebuild

i just bought a 98 trans am with a ls1 in it, the car has a little over 238k on it right now. My question is would it be worth it to rebuild and build that motor, or should i just start over with a new engine? Dont know howlong these block will last for, but it seems to be running fine right now, just needs a new clutch. Thanks for any advice.

Do a comp test first, might be worth running right now.

Mileage is not that big of a concern anymore. My engine has 188k on it with mods in sig.
