Default Are the stock cranks keyed

Do the stock cranks come keyed from the factory?
This may sound like a stupid question, but I have never had a stock crank.
I've always had a Lunati crank.

It's actually a woodruff key, but you are correct on the rest

ATI has a pin kit that is similar to keying the crank. I tried it and stripped the pin.... I ended up keying my crank during the last rebuild.
