Valve job and cam: Flowtech Induction or Cartek?

Valve job and cam: Flowtech Induction or Cartek?
Man oh man, I have been spending a lot of hours online lately trying to figure out which way to go. I'm looking to get a nice valve job done for my 799 heads and also get a custom spec'd cam. The car is a 66 Nova.
I was set on Cartek for doing my work, and then later that night I got a reply email from Ed at Flowtech.
Cartek has a lot of cars pulling some great times in videos online. They are mainly into vettes, but all in all its still LS stuff.
Flowtech has a ton of cars showing great dyno numbers, but I have not found many track videos of his LS cars. I see a lot of guys running his Streetsweeper cam and are pulling 425HP out of it. I haven't seen the dyno sheets to see where that power is at, but I'd really like to see the torque curves because that is what I really want. Ed has a very detailed cam info sheet, and is really in tune to what I'm looking to do for my build.
It's honestly a toss up right now. I have no idea which way to go, but I gotta figure it out because I'm getting delayed on my build while I'm sitting here thinking!! LOL I know dyno numbers are one thing, but what really counts is the ET.
Any thoughts?

I had the streetsweeper cam. I liked it alot but it definetely needs at least a 410 rear gear. I made the numbers in my sig. Only reason I am going with a different one is I had oil problems and the cam and lifters are shot. Believe it was a bearing problem causing it. Did you see my dyno graph I posted when I had it tuned?

No, never saw the chart. I'll have to dig around on here for it. thanks for the heads up!!
I am running a 3.73 gear and 4L60e. Rear tires are 275/40/17, so they are 25.7" tall. I'm not going to run one of their pre-made cams, so if I go with Flowtech, Ed will tailor it to everything I'm doing with my car. If I go with Cartek, they will do the same.
I need to understand Cartek's stuff some more. Might be making another call Monday. It sounds like their different levels (2x, 3x, 4x) all represents cam lobe ramp rates, because they make all kinds of custom grinds for each X level.

As for AI and all of the other companies, I pretty much looked at all of the ones I could dig up, and I narrowed it down to Cartek and Ed at Flowtech. For the build I'm doing, I'm leaning toward Ed. He is spot on with what I'm looking for. I'm just trying to compare actual performance experience from a street only perspective (I'll only hit an actual track one time just to see what she can do). I'm looking for good, usable street torque/power.
