Need input.
Hi, I know I've asked this but I have a stock 01 lq4 and new 4l60e sitting here for my 86 firebird. I can't swing the cash for a cam swap (to do it right anyway) but I want to get the car running. How do you think It'll run stock? I had a ls1 intake and 30lb injectors gave to me so I am going to use them. I have a line on a cheap F body oil pan and pickup from a buddy that can also tune it for me. Any info would be appreciated.

This would make a very nice improvement if you don't have one already... http://revmaxconverters.com/torque-c...e-1999-stage-3
They are cheaper than a new cam.
Converter and Cam...the first two things you should do to an LSx ride...in that order.

Thanks a bunch, Since the stock cam is so small what converter should I go with? 3000 stall? I have a ford 9 already made for the bird with 3.55 gears but also have a set of 3.89s if I need. What is the range for that cam? I would figure to be idle to 5500.
