Default Correct part # for coolant plus for ls6
Ie this the correct part # for the Rear coolant plugs for ls6 intake man fold .... Here is part number 12602540

If I swap my ls1 intake to the ls6 intake and I have the throttle body bypass done can I do away with the collant lines underneath the intake?This way I will not have to chizel the intake or buy new ls6 collant lines?

no you cant, you either need to chizel off the fins or get the coolant plugs mentioned above. The tb bypass just puts coolant through the t while the cooling lines under the intake flow coolant through the heads.

No, if you chip(dremel preferred) the fins off the LS6 you just keep the LS1 coolant lines(preferred), and if you use the the LS6 plugs/coolant line you don't need to remove any fins on the bottom of the LS6 intake.

Thank you for the info.Im going to tackle this once I get my throttle body from Potz Performance.I have the ls6 intake waiting on the tb.What is your thoughts on bigger mass air flow ends?I know changing the maf is a waste of money and time and that the stocker maf can withheld up to 600hp but do you think bigger maf ends are worth it?
