Default LM7 with LS6 cam HELP!!!!

I'm wanting to put this cam in my stock 05 lm7 truck. What my question is, what all will have to change? after reading some forums... I see that I need to change the springs, which I plan on using the LS6 stock springs. Do I need to change the pushrods? if so, to what length? Any and all help is appreciated. thank you.

It's important to know which LS6 cam you have...the 01 .525" lift or the
02-04 @ .547/.551"....most likely you'll need 7.425 length pushrods for
proper lifter preload.

I don't mean to hi jack, but also interested on this as im building an 02 5.3 with the 02-04 LS6 cam already installed...but im having my 862's milled (dont have them back from machine shop yet to find out how much) How much milling takes into effect of the pushrod length, is it basically equal, minus milled thickness from pushrod length?
