Default Cam Guide

I seen on one of these boards a cam comparison chart. Can't seem to find it again. Anyone know iof this?

Also are comp cams XE-R lobes suitable for a mostly street vehicle?

Whats the biggest you can go and maintain good streetability, obtain the most power with limited mods? Mods are in sig. Headers are a plan for the future.
