Came in to find the correct way for the washer and learned this! I would assume in a typical application torque isn't as important thus the washer doesn't have a relief?

Dose this matter for studs? Since the nut doesn't have a fillet?

No, only needed for the fillet on the bolt head...

Just wanted to make sure. They are installed. I did put them chamfer up expecting it didn't matter.
