What springs are this

What springs are this I got me a pair of 243 heads off a 08 5.3.. the valve springs each have blue marks on the side (not blue springs just have blue marks). My ? is whats the max lift of this springs and would they work with my cam XR273 HR-12 220/224 .530/.534 112 lsa
Sound like stock springs to me, and if they are, it doesnt matter what stock springs they are. Throw them in the garbage and buy real springs.
A great budget spring for that cam that would last forever are the PAC1218's. Good to .600 lift and there cheap. If you want a little more assurance and dont mind spending a little bit more pick up a set of their 1518's, they are good to .650.

Probably. But they are made for stock (read SOFT) lobed cams. I would not recommend running an aftermarket cam of any kind with stock spring regardless of what the lift is.
