My brothers car had the ms3 then switched to the ms4 and didn't really show any differance on the dyno. Just saying

so what are you just saying ??? lol that he made a cam swap for a tiny bit bigger cam?

Lol ya I guess. When he bought the ta it had the ms3 and I sold him my ms4, kinda talked him into it

As far as peak numbers are concerned, there isnt much difference between the two besides the MS4 picking up a few more ponies up top, but in our dyno testing, we have seen better midrange from the MS4 over the MS3 due to the larger intake duration, and tighter LSA.

Jake what is the clearance on the Intake and exhaust valves if you used a stock ls1 head

I ran an Ms3 with full bolt ons through an m6 and 4.10 gears. Drove it daily in Dallas in traffic jams and everywhere. I loved that cam. Gears will make or break your experience with any larger camshaft.

The MS4 with bone stock heads usually comes in anywhere from .070"-.090" Intake, and .090"-.110" on the exhaust.

not to jack the thread. Im running a 4100 stall and 3.23.Would the large stall make up for the low gears on the ms 3\4

For a street/strip car the large converter certainly would help make the difference, but of course for a strip only car you would want gears as well. I guess it really depends on your goals with the car.
